Bad Weather Policy :

A cancellation of more than 30 days before class will result in a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee

A cancelation of less than 30 days before class will result in a non refundable tuition that may be applied to a future class up to a year from the original class date

If class is canceled by A Touch of Balance due to extreme weather or unsafe road conditions - A full refund will be issued

If class is held but a student is unable to attend due to extreme weather or unsafe road conditions - A full refund minus a $35 administrative fee will be issued
